"My husband and I needed a new hot tub. Our old tub leaked so it was time. I didn't really want to do this because buying anything seems hard; it is hard for me to trust companies these days. I feel like you have to follow up with these companies over and over. We went into a spa showroom in lone tree, I gave them our phone number expressing our interest and they never called us back! Yikes. Thank goodness we walked into Spa Brokers. Briana meet us and asked what we were looking for. She spent a lot of time going over our current hot tub, what we liked and what we wanted in a new tub. Everything about this process was so easy. The hot tub came in quickly. The delivery folks called us quickly to set up a delivery time. They took away our old hot tub with no issues. We ordered the wrong flipper for the cover but they quickly came back with the right one, no problem. We have been enjoying our hot tub for over a month and love it! It is a wonderful tub. "Spa Brokers custom designed and built our sauna. Don and his crew were outstanding! The workmanship, fit and finish of all parts that make a sauna are first rate. We've been using it weekly and it has exceeded all of our expectations! It heats up fast and stays hot for a long time. Using it has been very enjoyable and we sleep better after a relaxing sauna session. I added a salt therapy panel recently and they helped me again - they are super nice folks! "After buying a new hot tub with Spa Brokers and then a new hot tub cover after our puppy later destroyed our original, we had such a great experience with Spa Brokers and the friendly and helpful store manager, Dana, that we came back and bought an electric fireplace. We live in a 1903 Denver square, so the space for the fireplace was small and limited. Dana found a great option for us—an Amantii Cube 2025WM—that fits so well, it looks like it was custom made for the space. And when we ordered it, it was a special order so we were expecting to wait to receive it, but it was even available to pick up the same day. Can’t say enough great things about this place, and the exceptional service we’ve received from Dana. Would definitely recommend!"
