"Well, I take my last review back. Cherry Creek VS is only a 5 minute walk from me, have gone here for about 8 years. And the service is TERRIBLE now. NO help, a bunch of girls just in a circle talking or their heads down folding random things. Where is the managers! No one knows anything about the bras, I asked the difference between perfect shape and push up I was told “no difference!” I remember years ago an associate telling me the difference but I could not remember. I google, and there is a difference. I get attitude every time I go, if anyone decides to speak to me. I don’t know if anything has changed recently with protocols, but please go back to your old ways. There’s about two girls who actually do something between both the VS and pink here. I hope you guys get the training needed for both associates and managers."

"I had the pleasure of visiting Victoria’s Secret here at Cherry Creek Mall and was even more pleased to have met Vanessa. We all know that Victoria’s Secrets is great, but Vanessa made this store an amazing place to shop. She was very nice, patient, knowledgeable (she knows her stuff) and very helpful. She patiently showed me the great selections of intimates they had and thanks to her, I got exactly what I needed, the perfect place shop. I’ll be visiting them again when I need anything in the future, this will be my first stop. Thanks so much to all the ladies there. You all make people feel special."

"This store has amazing products including bras, underwear, lingerie, swimwear, and more. They have many fitting rooms that you can use at your leisure and the customer service is amazing. They're always there if you need help. They also offer sizing checks for bras as well. Not to mention the amazing color choice and organization of all of the products in the store. The place is vibrant with many different patterns and colors on the walls and floor, making it really enjoyable to be in the store itself. This is a designer store so, of course, the products will be expensive but very much worth it. The items are very luxurious and are made with quality in mind for the customers."
