"I called the store in Cherry Creek, and spoke with a young man by the name of Mario. He was polite, helpful, and easy to talk to. Because of this, I promptly drove to the store! I was greeted by Mario, along with his manager. These guys were Great! Very patient, professional, helpful, and suggestive, versus being pushy! In a world that lacks customer service, I found this to be quite the opposite! I had a Fantastic experience and I am very happy! I almost never take the time to write a review, but in this case, I felt the need! If you are looking for a cool pair of shades, then head on down to the Cherry Creek mall, and give these guys a shot! Kevin"

"My eyeglass prescription had to be redone because of an error made by my optometry office. When I took my corrected prescription to the Cherry Creek Oakley Store, Mr. Logan Sand, the Sales Supervisor, sent my frame to the lab to get new lenses installed. He assured me that I will receive my new glasses in the mail and that there would be no charge for the new lenses. His reassuring demeanor was a breath of fresh air during this stressful holiday season! My wife needed eyeglass frames with a low-bridge fit. This is a feature that is hard to come by. Fortunately, Logan is a talented supply chain analyst who anticipated our needs. When we visited, he brought out a selection of frames and nose pads that allowed the eyeglasses to sit properly on our faces. "I flew into Denver, CO from Reno, NV for thanksgiving. I went to the Cherry Creek Mall where I searched for an Oakley Store. I found it! Logan met me at the entrance and asked if I needed help with anything. I explained I crashed on my bike in France and scratched up my prescription Oakley sunglasses. On this, the busiest day of the year, Black Friday, Logan was gracious enough to look my account up. He informed me I had a warranty (I did not know this!) on the scratched glasses. He quickly ordered another pair and I purchased two more pair of prescription glasses in different frames. He was so helpful and knowledgeable.
