"I just spent about 9 minutes with Jenny at Mike's Bikes in downtown Denver. She was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and helpful. Nine minutes was plenty of time because she was so great and helpful. After choosing my bike and paying for it, she then sent me to the horribly grumpy and angry technician to make sure the bike was road ready. I will NOT buy another bike and I will NOT recommend this place as long as the angry bike technician works there. Maybe he was high. Maybe he was having an off day. Thanks Jenny! Please get this other guy to work somewhere else."
