"Kindness and common courtesy goes a long way. We have visited here for 20+ years four times a year when passing thru. We were here on 7/22/23. Peyton was extremely rude he sat on his phone and refused to help customers. Heidi was running circles around him and ended up serving every customer as Peyton refused while she did all the work. She was running the register, cooking food, answering questions, and helping customers while Peyton sat on his phone the entire time. Might as well give Heidi a raise and fire Peyton We heard Peyton being rude to other customers and refusing to help them as well. Heidi definitely deserves a raise if not a manger position. We spend $500-600 here each time feeding kids, getting snack, and fueling our semi truck. Hopefully management reaches out otherwise we will be looking for another stop."
