"After having major stomach issues during my first marathon in early 2015, I switched over to Tailwind and haven't had any problems!! It's all I use and I like how easy it is to take with me. I don't have to keep up with a bunch of GUs or Shot Blocks or other items. I just dump it in my water, shake it and I'm good to go. My favorite flavors are Lemon, Green Tea Buzz and Raspberry Buzz. Tailwind has gotten me through many more races since then including a 40 mile race. The staff is always super helpful and respond to my email questions quickly.
