"Paula is a total pro. Can't recommend her highly enough. Super easy to schedule an appointment and transact for her services. I had a new pair of boots that I bought online. I have weird feet, so professional boot fitting is always factored into the new-boot budget. Problem is that not all boot fitters are "professional." Paula's drop-off service is good for those that already know what kind of modifications they need. The 30-min session allows for measurements and her expert recommendations. My left boot needed to be punched out in three different spots, including a very tricky area directly under a buckle. She got the boots back to me a few days later in time for my ski trip. More importantly, the boots fit perfectly. Thank you Paula!!!"
"I searched for a boot fitter because I had Lange boots I bought a couple of years ago & was not properly fit into....many places won't help you if you didn't buy their boots, but Paula hooked me up! She makes getting an appointment easy & listened to my issues...& most of all (with quick turnaround) when I tried on my boot after her fixes, I immediately felt a change! She took all the pressure off my big toes! I haven't gotten to ski in them yet & will do a follow-up review later. Thank you Paula!! *Follow-up 3/15/23: Finally went skiing & it's confirmed... my boots are fixed - no pain. Thanks again!"
