"They do not know anything. You go to try and buy something their site says they have in store and they say it's out of stock and we can't order it,but we can sell you this for the same price and it'll be there in one business day. Then the day it should arrive they s nd you an email that says they haven't even processed the order yet. Smh stores like this need to just shutdown if you don't care about the customer service. If you know you can't ship an item out on time don't tell the customer it'll be there in a business day when it takes longer than a business day to process."
"We drove 3 1/2 hours from Del Norte to Office Depot at 1640 E Cheyenne Mountain Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80906 on 02-21-2024. The store employees did not greet us or offer to help. There were NO BATHROOM FACILITIES AVAILABLE TO CUSTOMERS, We rate this store a minus 10. We have been in other Office Depots in other states that were professional, courteous and had restroom facilities for customers."
"Bought 300.00 worth of candy. Went to ship it and they won’t ship it. Told me to find somewhere else. Never going to another Office Depot again. Lost a customer show spends 1000’s a year there. Not anymore."
