"We love conifer bike shop! I went in to buy a bike and Wyatt and Rich spent probably an hour talking me through all the different options and answering all my question about different components. They never made me feel stupid or pressured me to purchase at all. Rich ended up designing me a custom bike since there were some good deals on individual parts at that time. "I brought my bike up for a weekend of riding at Buff Creek and Staunton, had been looking forward to it for months. When I got to the trailhead on the first morning I realized that somehow, a non-standard screw on my shifter had fallen out (????), which left the whole thing hanging off and impossible to use. I brought the bike here and a friendly mechanic looked at it, searched for and found a screw that fit, and sent me on my way. While there I took a look around and saw a very well-stocked shop with a nice range of bikes on display. And it's always a good sign, in my opinion, when the shop area itself is out in the open and visible to the customer. I would (and probably will) come back to this shop for anything I need while riding in the area."
