"Purchase 2 48x30 Mojo desks for the home office. Delivery time was reasonable, and everything was packaged well. They are very solid/stable and look good to boot. Decked it out with the cable tray, cord management, magnetic power strip, wheels, and dual monitor arms. All high-quality parts and a clean look. Did have issues with one desk, but Mojo sent parts with return labels until the culprit desk part was resolved. Having wheels is a game changer to move to different rooms when both of us have important calls. The up/down is smooth and quiet enough. Really happy with the choice and can easily recommend this is a worthy contender if you are in the market for a sitting/standing desk."

"MY 3rd MojoDesk. Great desk, terrible directions. Print is microscopic and not written well. You have to guess at what the directions may mean. illustrations are incredibly small and there is really very little "written direction". Directions should include "be sure to do A before B" in multiple places. Diagrams leave you guessing."

"I purchased an L-shaped stand up desk from them around Black Friday. It was originally delayed a week or two, and unfortunately the two pieces of the desk top arrived damaged. When I initially interacted with their customer service, they were great and shipped me new tops immediately to replace the damaged ones. When I finally received the replacement tops and assembled the desk, I found that the configuration that I purchased (72"x60") could not accommodate the computer tower hanger as well as the cable tray (they would interfere with each other). The desk builder application on their website didn't mention this at all, and had I known that I would have purchased the 72"x72" configuration. Their website says that you can return your desk if you are unhappy within 60 days, and I took that to mean that I could exchange my 60" desktop piece for the 72" desktop piece. Customer services denied my request saying that I would need to return the whole desk. Mind you, the assembly took hours and and the components weigh hundreds of pounds, so it was basically a non-starter to waste hours more of my time disassembling, packing, and shipping the desk back to them. I was very disappointed that customer service denied my request to ship back the 60" top, and they said that my only option was to buy a new 72" top and they would waive the shipping fee. However, that would leave me with damaged 60" and 72" tops as well as another good 60" top, and I would be out another $300 (in addition to the $2000 I initially spent on the desk). Overall I am very happy with the desk, but not happy with their customer service and the apparently vague return policy (which I read and doesn't mention having to ship back the entire desk if you need to change the configuration of your order). I did recommend to them to add a note to their builder if you are trying to use a computer tower hanger and cable tray that it will not fit on any top size less than 72", so it will be interesting to see if they do indeed add that. If you are going to buy a desk from them (which, once again, I am very happy with the desk), please make sure you ask customer service about any questions you have so that you don't run into the situation that I did and feel like you had the rug pulled out from under you."

"My shipment arrived on two different days. No ones fault, just FedEx being FedEx. I received the leg kit first. I was impressed with the structure and the controls and the thought that went in to the design. They seriously thought out assembly. Very easy and relatively self explanatory. Two days later the desktop arrives. Came very well packaged, no damage, just got lost in the system I guess. I was elated to open it up and get my legs (that I already assembled) fit to my new desktop. I was not as elated when I opened it up. First off I was disappointed to find that the desktop is made from a melamine sheet. Particle board with a plastic sheet fused to it, 3/4” thick. I ordered the “weathered Oak” desktop. I was hoping to find a piece of actual wood, maybe a laminate top in my color choice. Turns out the weathered oak is a big sticker stuck to the top of the particle board. I am not real pleased with that considering the amount of money I spent on this desk. Obviously the money goes in to the legs and the electronics, which I openly admit are great. I’m just disappointed with the choice of tops. I replaced the desktop with a piece of butcher block countertop that I purchased. Makes a much more substantial desktop and very aesthetically pleasing. Not a thumbs down disapproving review, just a good and bad review."

"My husband and I did a lot of research trying to decide on an adjustable height desk for his work from home office. We chose Mojo desk after reading and watching reviews on many similar products. The price is comparable to other desks of this nature and the online ordering was very simple. We were able to choose exactly what we wanted as far as size, color, options, etc. The delivery took about a week and the packaging was top notch. We unboxed the parts and got to work and it was a very easy process. It took us less than an hour to have the desk fully assembled. The desk is great quality! We also purchased the dual monitor mount, cable chain, cable tray, and power bar. The monitor mount is awesome! The tray and bar do what they should and are good quality. We aren't happy with the cable chain. Someone else said it doesn't match the quality of the desk and other accessories and we agree. It is mostly plastic and looks really cheap. I'm not sure if we are even going to use it. That is our only complaint. Everything else has gone above and beyond our expectations. At full height the desk is a tiny bit wobbly but I think that is to be expected. It really is very minimal. We recommend this desk 100%."
