"The buying experience was great, the store manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. He worked really hard for us. However fast forward to delivery day. Somebody at the warehouse didn’t check the order and the legs were not shipped with the bed. Now I’m staring at an empty bed frame with a brand new sleep number bed in my garage waiting for parts. I’m not sure if this is the place to vent this but here it is."

"Make sure you read the fine print when buying one of these beds. They can be a disaster. There's a 15-year warranty, but it starts dropping off after year one. We're in year four of owning our bed that cost $8k and one side has stopped inflating. We're being asked to pay for parts as a support team is troubleshooting over the phone. It's really unfortunate because the air mattress is the best bed we've ever owned. But after this I absolutely won't buy another one. This is after having a multitude of software problems immediately after purchasing the bed. I ended up disabling almost all of the technology features because they just didn't work. I didn't realize I was purchasing a bed that was going to last less than five years before having issues. Update: Your response is kind, but unhelpful. Just because you think customers should understand the warranty doesn't mean that it was covered by sales people at the time of purchase. Had I known I would be responsible for expensive parts on a ridiculously expensive bed four years after purchase, I wouldn't have bought it. I think you're missing the point. This ownership experience has been horrible. When I called support with issues that no one could solve, they told me to disable the features that weren't working. How am I supposed to feel about a bed that cost this much and I'm being told by support not to use the features? I really thought I was purchasing a quality product, but that's clearly not the case. Oh, by the way, the day I posted this ANOTHER issue popped up. One side of the bed won't lie flat and now one of us is sleeping in a spare bedroom. Again, how am I supposed to feel about this piece of trash when it cost $8k and I can't even use it because of these continued issues?"

"Great no pressure visit. Consuelo answered our questions patiently and checked measurements for us. I highly recommend the Longmont, CO store."

"Felt misled by sales person. Sold us a bed, then the bed was installed incorrectly. It wouldn't hold air, the bed rocked back and forth because parts were missing from when they installed and they failed to attach the matress to the bed. The bed felt like a cheap air matress. Went back to the store, the sales associate acknowledged that the bed did not work for them either. Not sure why he sold it to us if he knew it was a bad bed. Now we have to pay 250 in delivery fees to get the "100 night trial" redeemed. Dont buy a bed here."

"I’ve read somewhere not to give 5 stars because people skip those reviews. Well I’m going to do it anyway. Our experience was so amazing that it deserves 5 stars. We came in for pillows, but have secretly wanted a bed for over 4 years. We were greeted warmly and given just enough of attention without feeling pressured. After browsing around a bit. We were asked if we would like to find our sleep number. I remember laying down on a bed with a tv above us. I joked with my husband that we should put our tv over the bed. Then the salesman, Stephan, adjusted the each side until my husband and I found our number. Then he put it all the way to 100 and showed us thermal imagery of our backs on the bed. Where it was too hard was bright red. He adjusted each side to the sleep number we had selected and BAM the red disappeared and we could feel the pressure points dissipating as well. I looked at my husband and he looked at me. We knew it was time! ❤️"
