"This business should never be used. My daughter got her hair done twice at this business; first time loved it the stylist did a great job the second time not so much my 4 year old could do a better job than what my daughter was left with. Called the establishment to see if they would work with me to rectify the situation and the owner and stylist refused to work with us to get it redone or a refund. I spoke calmly with the owner and was Berated and called stupid. A customer should be leave happy and the drive home which was 20 minutes my daughter swiftly realized the box braids that were done cannot be lived with. As someone who works in the hospitality industry it has been engrained that the customer is always right; this establishment and owner obviously have no idea that word of mouth is everything."
