He apologized for being a few minutes late, but he was finishing up a first-time haircut on a 2 year old with mom and dad recording the event. Totally okay! Expected a Great Clips experience; got a first-rate service haircut with shampoo, neck shave! Jose constantly asked if I liked what he was doing - it was great! Jose is good listener, was very friendly and asked for the next appointment. He'll get it. Thanks, Jose and the rest at Floyd's. Only recommend: turn down the music. Great vibe but too loud (on a Saturday morning)."
