My hairstylist of over 10 years was not available for a number of months and I asked Ken to step in and help me out by cutting my hair. Ken was gracious and made an appointment for me as quickly as he could. He even waited after hours until I was able to get there after I got off of work. Not only did I receive the red carpet treatment regarding my haircut but he provided instruction and products for my new hairdo.
