She didn't even put my nails in water to remove cuticles she did them dry and of course that makes them dry and chances they will cut you are high. And she did. No massage. Never going back. Experiences like this make a business loose or not gain new customers"

"I paid $45 for a hot stone pedicure. The tech who did my pedicure acted really bothered that I was there. It was by far the fastest pedicure I’ve ever had, also. I was able to walk in, but from walk in to check out was maybe 30 minutes at most. One of my toes is cut at the nail bed, and I barely even noticed that she used the hot stones. If you’re looking for a relaxing, enjoyable pedicure experience, look elsewhere."

"JC nails is always polite, professional and timely. Their quality of work is always top tier. I got my nails done in Denver and was in the Springs by the time I needed a fill and they did such an amazing job for $15 less than the other place I go to. They cleaned up my cuticles (which the other place did not bother doing) and they corrected and shaped my nails beautifully. The other place I went to had applied my right pinky nail on totally crooked. JC Nails fixed it effortlessly. Hands down, I cannot recommend JC Nails enough. I wish I would have gotten the name of my nail tech and my before pic."

"My friend and I met at Northfield for lunch and decided to get Mani/Pedi's after. We arrived just in time to be able to get in immediately, other people had to come back because they did not have enough staff working. We both chose the $45 classic pedi. The chairs and the massage worked on both chairs. The massage was painful for me, and my heels and balls of feet are still dry and need exfoliating. The mani is done in a recliner with a tray on our laps, we really enjoyed that over sitting hunched over a table. She got gel nails and I got dip. Her total was $87 and mine was $107 before tax. Looking at the photos of our nails, you can see that the quality of the work was done poorly. Her cuticles look scratched up, and her mani was done by the owner. We enjoyed how quiet the space was and how relaxing it felt, but not sure we'll be back due to the quality of the services. The cost and quality do not match."
