"Ive been going to grand salon for two years now but never have I had an experience like I did today. Katie did my hair for the first time today and never have I been overcharged more for someone who didn't give me what I want and was super rude. My hair was cut shorter than I wanted and the color I got was not what I wanted. My blowout felt and looked rushed and when my hair was cut she just started cutting and didn't even ask what I wanted. I can't lie this is the worst experience I have had at this amazing salon. Will never book with Katie again"

"My first experience at Grand Salon and it was great. First of all, they have a parking lot! That is a big deal in Denver. Scott was my stylist and he was delightful. He listened to what I was considering, then gave his expert advice for both the lowlights and the cut. I am glad I took his recommendations because I walked out with amazing hair. "This is a nice salon - the reception staff (John, I think) is very welcoming and helpful and the shampoo chairs are super comfortable. Plus it's an inclusive atmosphere - love that they ask for preferred pronouns (if you wish to provide them) on the new client form. Overall clean and inviting atmosphere. I've seen Cara twice now for color services and left very happy each visit. She's laid back, friendly, easy to talk to and takes time to learn about your hair goals. Left super happy today, loving my color after we tweaked the toner from the first visit! Bonus, she gives a stellar scalp massage. Other pros: plenty of parking and it's a one stop shop for great skin and hair products and other fun gift items. Happy to have found this salon!"
