If I was there 3 minutes earlier I could've had my hair cut?? I have had to wait 10-15 min(s) past my appointment countless times over the years and I never once complained about the consistent inconvenience! Not once! But when the shoe is on the other foot it's unacceptable? Amanda was entitled to be upset, but not to have an attitude with me like a child over 3 minutes. I have always seen Garret, but he was booked and I just wanted a hair cut before taking my father out for his birthday. 3 minutes. If that's how Rockys employees conduct themselves with loyal customers, I'll take my business elsewhere! See ya..."
