"I was highly recommended to Janel for an Ombre treatment. She was very friendly but her work was below my expectations. She quoted me $350 for the service. The first visit she only finished 1/2 of my eyebrows and said I needed to come back 10 days later. At that time, it was considered a retouch and she charged me another $99.00 for something she should have finished in the first visit. She had me go back a third time to retouch the whole area. Within a week I could see that the color had not taken but she told me to wait to go back because it would be better. To this day the eyebrows are cricked and the left one never really took the color. I have to color in my eyebrows to fill in the parts that did not take. If I go back today it will be another $99 as a retouch.."
