"I made an appointment and arrived about 7 minutes early and messaged where to go. There was no response. So I called--no response. I waited around cause I found her room but she was with a client so I figured "oh, she's just finishing up" but then that turned into me waiting for 20 minutes with still no communication. 3 stars because she later communicated with me that she had another client by a similar name at the same time but a different week, and so there was a mix-up. She DID offer to cut my hair for free, but people who provide skilled services should always be paid, and I was already off to do what I had to do for the rest of my day. I'm sure it was just a one-off mistake, but let it be noted that this was a thing that happened."
"Wow! I’m super impressed. My hair had become really long and basically impossible to style. (See before and after photos) Rachel did an awesome job even with such a drastic change! I was expecting to be shocked with the new look but I love it!! She’s awesome will definitely be returning soon! Great haircut"

"First order of business. There is no sign when you show up, rather Rachel is located inside of Image Studios if you’re not sure where you should park. Next, Rachel was awesome! Not only did she listen to exactly what I wanted, but she had fantastic suggestions that looked great. Also she is a very kind and enjoyable to talk to. Just found my new barber."
