"I made an appointment here on a Saturday for a haircut on Monday. I tested positive for Covid on Sunday - since they are closed on Sunday I couldn’t call and cancel but I left a voicemail and called as soon as they opened on Monday. They are charging me $30 for cancelling. I guess they are so greedy and desperate for money - I hope they enjoy my $30 because that is the LAST PENNY they will EVER get from me!!!!"
"I would give this place 5 stars, but they could not process my gift card due to difficulty with their new system. The whole reason I went today was to USE THAT GIFT CARD, and I added services that I wouldn't have purchased because I had it. I did not appreciate the owner's indifference toward my situation and her insistence that I just pay for it. Everything was wonderful EXCEPT for her. The cosmetologist was lovely and skilled--the salon is comfortable and stylish."
"I love coming here! Front desk staff is very welcoming and the atmosphere is relaxing. Krissy does amazing facials and is always so gentle. Greicy is truly talented at dip manicures- she also cuts my hair and it grows out beautifully every time! Everyone at 95th street salon and spa goes above and beyond to make sure that their clients have a relaxing and rejuvenating experience!"
"By far some of the best customer service I've experienced most anywhere. The front desk staff is always so helpful and polite. The stylists are all very kind and focus on what you want, but Shaleena is the best in my opinion. :) Several times, the staff have gone out of their way to help me with bookings and finding products that I need. I've been going to this salon for at least 3 years and continue to have great experiences!"
"It was my first visit to this salon. Being a new client I used the coupon I found on their website. I had some concerns about my hair and Beth, my stylist, listened to all of them. She seemed very knowledgeable and addressed each and every one. I enjoyed a scalp massage included with my shampoo. I thought I would just get a trim but after talking with Beth she gave me a great cut to add volume and movement. I loved my new cut it is so easy to take care of and looks great. I have received several compliments."
