She Nails

"The staff is very friendly. I go every two weeks. My nail always looks great. They take time to make sure they look wonderful. When I walk in everyone greets me and I feel welcomed."

"I went here hoping to have a positive experience, and was given something subpar. My nails are bumpy, the filing was not very good. It almost feels like I can lift the acrylic from the cuticle area. My nails are wide, the acrylic is thick, and not the shape I asked for. My nails feel bulky. I wanted coffin, and before the overlay was done, the shape was there. I am now going to have to find someone that will fix this and not charge me an arm and a leg. I feel the $55 I paid was not worth what I am stuck with until I can get it fixed. I did not really notice until I got home, and will not be returning to this salon."

"This is my second time going to a salon and I was so disappointed! I got a shellac manicure and the color was so much darker on my nails than the sample showed. I tried to explain to my nail tech what I wanted but she either never heard me or didn't understand so I didn't get the shape or length I told her about. Not only that, but the nail tech was cutting down my natural nails and made them all different shapes and kept it like that even after putting the polish on! Another nail tech even commented on my nails and said next time pay for longer ones so they're all the same length. They ended up bumpy and uneven. It was so sad, especially for the price. Another thing that may be a bit picky is that they did not do any cuticle care. They do put lotion on when they're done, but they did nothing to get rid of or clean up my cuticles. :( I recommend going somewhere else for a manicure."

"I come here often for pedicures and they do a fabulous job. I have gone to other places nearby who have charged more and not done as well. I would highly recommend She Nails."

"Unfortunately I had a very frustrating experience. Payed extra for a pedicure to include more massage time and it made no difference. The person that did my nails did not understand what I want from the beginning. Could not get her to understand which shape I wanted and the nails were crooked from when she added the tips. I told who I think is the manager that I did not end up with what I wanted and she did her best to fix it and I really appreciate that. However, ended up spending so much with dip and pedicure to not be be happy at all with the quality. You can see that the shape of the nail is not good and there was no cuticle clean up either."
