Cost Cutters

"This place can never keep stylists, everytime I come, I hear the stylist complaining about being short staffed or the commission. It's affordable, but the last few times I have come the stylist I booked with quit or they have me waiting even with an appointment."

"I went to go get my hair trimmed and the lady that cut my hair. Her name is Steph. I don’t know what was wrong with her, but she kept closing her eyes kept falling up against me just cutting my head hair straight across. I asked her to please stop cutting my hair because she wasn’t doing it right and she asked what she could do and I said stop cutting my freaking hair. It’s all uneven. I kept showing her how it was she had somebody come and fix It, I don’t even know Kim trimmed it out. I still ended up having to pay. I’m so upset right now. I feel like I should get a refund because I went in there to get a trim and got my hair chopped sizes on all the all around the lady tried the other lady tried to fix it for me , I don’t know. I just want a refund."

"I took my 9 years old son 2 weeks ago for a simple haircut… this was a big mistake!!! please don’t go there with your kiddos, the stylist (a lady with short hair, I don't remember her name) had no patience and made a mess of my son's hair."

"I have long hair that was in terrible need of cut to clean up the damaged ends. Mathew did a wonderful job. Spent alot of time giving me a great haircut. Very impressed. Diffinately would recommend."

"So very disappointing. Came in to get a haircut since I hadn't been in a while and my appointment time had been messed up. But they were kind enough to fit me in with a new girl that said that she had worked there previously. I showed her three pictures of how I wanted it to look when finished and she said that she could do that. Unfortunately what she did didn't even come close. It may have been the strangest haircut I ever received. She kind of wet my hair but mostly it was a dry cut which I know I have never had before. She just kind of cut it here. Cut it there. When I got into my car I just happened to pull down one side versus the other side and noticed that the left side was completely longer than the right side. And if I run my fingers through my hair, some of it is much longer than other pieces. The top of my hair wasn't cut at all and now it just lays flat. She did cut a little for my bangs. Never did she check if it was even anywhere? So everything actually is very unevenly cut where it was cut. Some of my hair wasn't even cut. She never styled it, nor did she ask me if I wanted to style it.Normally that's what they do before you leave. I guess it wasn't an option for her. What to do? What to do? LOL Does anyone care anymore?"
