"Didn’t even get to experience the actual cut. Went there as a walk in and was treated incredibly rudely! I get that you are busy but you don’t need to be rude while trying to check in! Don’t go here! You can tell the employees don’t want to be at work or care to assist even the simplest task like checking in!! It’s not my fault that your system did not save my phone number since last time. RUDE!!!!!"

"Checked in online. Was warmly greeted by Shanna. Even though it’s been a while since I was in. They still had my preferences saved. Shanna was my stylist and she did a really great job! She’s now my go to!"

"Went in for a hair cut today and unfortunately the short fat rude girl (idk her name) was the one opening the store. Ive seen her be rude to others in the past. But Today, she opened the store 5 minutes late and another customer was there before me but stepped away due to her late opening of the store and the cold weather(he was sitting in his car). I told her that he can go first because he was technically waiting longer. She gets angry because "it's first through the door". As if it wasn't her fault she opened late. She then takes his phone number and yelled at him because of the way he was speaking(he was English as a 2nd language). Then when I go back for my haircut she puts the cloth around my neck aggressively and starts yelling at me for the way I'm sitting. I then had enough and pulled off the cloth and told her that she's not touching my hair with how rude she is... the rest of the staff is Awesome. Maria and the Asian lady give great haircuts but unfortunately they weren't there today at opening, but I won't go to this location anymore because of that girl. I went to the Erie location and got my haircut there. Much better guys with great vibes."

"My friend got his hair cut and the left side was longer than right and was not satisfied with their haircut. The wait-list is VERY long and unreliable. Anyways, the place is clean and all the workers are nice and helpful."

"I absolutely do not recommend this establishment to anyone. My husband asked me to come along on 9/24/23 so I could show and explain exactly what he wanted his hair to look like to the hairstylist. I am no stranger to hair salons so I knew I needed to bring a photo of what he wanted. When I presented the photo, the hair stylist literally rolled her eyes at me and said in a rude tone “yeah. I’ll see what I can do.” She proceeded to chop his length higher than I showed her by an inch. He had sideburns in the photo I showed as well. Instead she shaved them so they almost no longer existed. We found out that she cut his sideburns uneven by 1/4 inch that was under the flipped hair when we got in the car. When she was finishing up, I told her that she gave him a mullet and to please take the 3 inches off from the backside to bring his hair up. He can’t go to work with a mullet. Completely unprofessional. She decided to argue with me in front of a waiting customer. I sat back down to let her fix the mullet. After that, she was short with my husband for the rest of the time. When he was ready to pay, she practically ran to the cash register and she said “this one is on the house”. She pointed at me with her comb and said “I’m not dealing with THAT.” Right in front of two other customers seated waiting for her since the new stylist was on her lunch break. A retraining in both technical skills and customer service is in order. Completely unacceptable behavior from an employee of your establishment. She never mentioned her name but she had short dark curly hair and glasses. We had to fix her mistakes at home (uneven at the back and the uneven sideburns). Thankfully it was a free haircut. My husband said he never wants to go back to that store because of that stylist."
