"the prices advertised do NOT match the total. 2 deluxe pedicures ($55) 1 deluxe manicure ($35) 1 standard manicure ($20) on a calculator that totals $165 they charged me $225 (not including tip). if my math is wrong that's my bad, but i feel like i paid too much for nails i didn't like. my pedicure water was cold and they messed up BOTH our nails. I tried to address the issue but they couldn't understand me so NOTHING was changed."

"Sunday, late-afternoon on a holiday weekend - Lunar New Year. There were three lady technicians and five of us. They were hustlin’, from person to person to optimize time efficiently while also detailed orienting and accommodating. They were engaging asking you questions and had several returning clients come in while we were there. There was also a person who never gets their nails done and they worked with her gently. I was in awe of their work ethic. If you want to feel cared for with a neighbor hood fee - come here."
