"Would you believe?!? This bank sent an electronic check payment for my mother on a fixed income. But they put the wrong account number on it. So the check came back and now the account has a $37 late fee. They say they don't have to pay it because a) they don't pay for their mistakes and b) the payee cashed the check the month before with the wrong number. REALLY?! SENUORS BEWARE, THUS "FRIENDLY" BANK IS NOT YOUR FRIEND."

"I've had an account at this bank for about 20 years. My grandparents had accounts at this bank for at least a decade that I can remember. I've never had anything but great customer service here. Gail is awesome. She has helped me dozens of times. I've had accounts at a few other banks, but this is my favorite. The drive through is small, though, and can't accommodate many cars. That might be why they asked the young lady to move."
