"Hands down worst business communication I have ever received. Employee had us sign a contract and then pulled random amounts straight out of our accounts for our deposits. I say random because the amounts totaled up to more than the contract we signed and when we asked other staff no one could explain where the total amount that was pulled came from - they actually agreed that the employee who pulled it must have just been closing her eyes and typing random numbers in because there was no rationale. Was told we would have an hour of free alcohol service if we paid for two hours but not only did the bartender start charging our guests after 2 hours, the company actually came back to us MONTHS later claiming we owe them for that additional hour. And even after they agreed we should have gotten a free hour they offered to take $900 off(an hour was = more than $2k). Asking where they got that $900 from they could not explain it.. Not only that but they claimed we actually owed them an additional $6k even though we were told we were fully paid months prior and never were shown or told the price that they were claiming we owed until months later. Once we tried to resolve we had to do the math ourselves to figure out we were being overcharged and had to walk them through the math. After all of this we were still met with constant dismissal of the company’s role in this as they put all of the blame on an ex employee and said the communication is fixed. It is not. The venue is nice and the people are as well but just not great business practices and I would definitely not recommend having your wedding here unless you want a lot of headache after the fact."

"Under impressed. Entirely. Cafe staff couldn't get their act together. The girl couldn't even figure out how to give me change. About 200 of us are here watching or competing in the cubing competition today and this place does NOT have the capacity to accommodate us. A little Cafe with hardly anything, let alone space to sit while a huge members only bar/restaurant sits here empty. I'm sorry you don't want money, you would've made a killing on food today if you would've made an exception, I'm sure the bartender missed some amazing tips today. Don't have these events here if you can't accommodate the people! I won't golf here, play tennis here or ever be a member because of the complete lack of common sense and inability of the staff. I've had better treatment at a dinky little rec center than this place."

"Course was difficult but very enjoyable. The Gauntlet changes the whole game. Staff is really good, views are worth it."

"Fantastic place! Very pretty with outstanding views. We were there for a company party for my husband's small office and the venue was nice and roomy, the food was delicious and there was a pretty great selection at the bar. We had a very enjoyable evening and are hoping to come back for Mother's Day brunch."
