"Just had my hair cut and colored by Bailey Rogers. I love it. She did a consult with me and had loads of ideas for easier maintenance to cover my greys. Love the result. She also gives and amazing head massage during the wash. And her styling technique is excellent. Bailey is knowledgeable, talented, kind and fun to talk to. I highly recommend her services and Salon Sisu in general. The salon is hip, welcoming, and in a great location with ample parking and food and drink options."

"If I could give more stars to only Patrick & the kind front desk person I would. The overall experience was quite odd. First I had scheduled with an apprentice “blonding” stylist and was told she had to leave the salon to go back home out of state… she actually left and went to another salon. I rebooked with the other apprentice stylist, was cancelled and rescheduled again… I booked with the apprentice because their prices are about double of what I was paying in Vail… a resort town… with an expert stylist for two years. But I moved so took a chance… Finally I get in and the apprentice stylist I was seeing was about to be a year out of school… I only get partial foil highlights and a trim… seems simple enough? Apparently not. First the seats were of low quality plastic and tilt back in this strange way so you’re hunched over in this awfully uncomfortable position like a monkey for 3 hours. Next the light above your head is this horrific shade of orange either A. To hide the fact that your hair is going to come out orange or B. To match the nightmare chairs. The poor girl was SHAKING doing my hair. She was uncertain how to move her hands to place the foils and mentioned several times that they were slipping. When it was washed and time for the cut I asked for a few layers… my hair is shoulder length. The girl… still shaking… cut my hair like some sort of mix between Carol Brady and a mushroom. I’m not extremely picky so I let the cut slide… the color looked somewhat okay under the orange “ugly light” and I was reassured the orange tint to my once perfect blonde was bc of the light. Then the owner walked over and said “ohhh niiice!” (As they do so we don’t cry our hair is massively messed up) I get home and immediately notice 1. My hair is super orange and 2. There are stripes or “holidays” all through my hair… about 5 STRIPES ! I messaged the owner and she had me call to book for a fix… they literally tried to book me again with the apprentice and said “it’s a learning experience” and used the word “guinea pig”. I had to gracefully decline that suggestion and I was placed with Patrick. He did his best and what he could but I’d say the overall cut and color looks cheap… like their chairs. Considering shaving my head and starting over. The reason I gave 2 stars is because… I mean rightfully so… I didn’t pay for the fix and tipped Patrick for his very appreciated time."
