"Such a sad day .. I asked for a light trim to cut my dead ends and instead she chopped off my hair 4 inches GONE! When I noticed it she said “I barely took an inch off, your length is still down to your butt” that was the answer I got and that’s even a lie it hardly makes it half way down my back… cherry on top she literally chopped it without even giving any texture and it’s not even straight and it looks rather butchered… I will not recommend this place if you have long hair. The staff is nice and friendly but this was a terrible experience the front desk girl at least was nice enough when I went back crying and to offer me a refund but that isn’t going to bring my hair back …"
"Warm and welcoming experience from start to finish! An espresso with my haircut? Yes, please! Katia was my stylist and knew exactly how to manage my curls, give advice, and keep me laughing throughout. Highly recommend!"
"I had a wild experience the most recent time I was here (a few months back).The woman who did my hair first sprayed water all down my back and in my face while washing it. Then, she seemed super rushed and stressed while cutting my hair and kept poking me in the face with her super long acrylics. She kept yelling at all of the other employees, especially the one who I could tell was newer, which was upsetting. Halfway through my cut, she stopped and walked away because her MOM was there to get her hair done… so she did that while I sat and waited. When she came back and finished, she was huffing and puffing about how my hair is too long and thick and it was taking her too long (I booked extended time with a master stylist for this reason). Overall, the cut was fine, but rushed so some strands were missed/uneven. The experience was so stressful and overwhelming… just unprofessional and weird. Stylist was a master stylist, black and blue hair? Seemed in charge with how she was yelling at the employees. I hate leaving bad reviews but I just can’t get over this"
"Not a better place in Denver. And Allison, who has done my hair for years, is the best stylist I’ve ever had. Also love the very clear pricing—you know what you’re paying up front."
"Last Saturday I visited Denver for a wedding, I'm from Costa Rica, they were very kind and helped me with my hair, Amber, was a super wonderful girl, she did my hair very quickly, thank you for your help, I didn't know anyone in Denver and I didn't have an appointment but They took great care of me!"
