"I’m ten late to my haircut appointment and the lady is refusing to cut my hair bc they don’t want to make the next customer wait. They would finish cutting my hair before the next customer even shows up and no one is outside in the parking lot. I’m the only car here, do not use this place. Great clips has better customer and probably better quality work. Very unprofessional business, I will take my money somewhere else. It was scheduled at 5:40 and I pulled up and called at 5:50."

I also got my eyebrows done here and was extremely happy with the results!! You are definitely in good hands at this place. The ladies here are kind, and truly care about your hair, and face. Not to mention, all of the products used on our hair are great quality!! Would definitely recommend!!"

"I made an appointment to get my hair done and went in and it took them 5 hrs to just color and highlight my hair ..no joke ... they took every walk in in between doing my hair and I was passed from 3 different women ,they only had one sink wich they rinsed there lunch dishes out in while I was sitting right there waiting to be shampooed !!!! I wanted to walk out but had dye in my hair... they obviously cater to there own and dont put ppl who make appointments a priority ..I will never fo back"
