"I am a renter and I rented a property from David Wein (owner of mutual security mortgage) He has no regard for the legal, binding conditions of our lease agreement and his actions border on harassment. Our lease clearly states that we must give notice within 30 days of lease expiration. Yet now, at 50 days out, he has given us only 48 hours to make a decision. Upon referencing the lease that we all signed, he has responded with pettiness and disregard for the binding agreement. We have been nothing but amazing renters. Always getting our rent in on time, not causing issues, we even repainted the inside of the house. There is no grounds for his behavior. I would never work with this person in any capacity."

Not only were they able to navigate the myriad of rules for non-traditional income, but were able to process my loan in less than 3 weeks (from first call to closing including several federal holidays).
