"Extremely unsatisfied with my 8 yr old quick hair cut - I told the lady I was unhappy and she argued with me about it and said it was good .. we left and never will return . Customer service and experience was not up to par in my opinion and apparently to her nothing I as the customer said - mattered . So disappointed"

"Absolutely one of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had. I don’t remember the stylists name but her customer service was absolutely horrible. I am a licensed cosmetologist and am fully aware of how things work in a salon. The stylist “had” to wash my hair, even though I informed her I already did so and was just expecting a wet down with a spray bottle. She also relayed she didn’t know how to point, which right there should’ve been my overall red flag. I can’t do anything with the horrific haircut I left with. Overall the experience was awful would not recommend this salon."
"Terrible customer service! The phone etiquette from staff was extremely rude, I called to schedule an appointment for a kids cut, and absolutely will not be going to this salon just due to the simple fact of the staffs rudeness towards us as potential clients."
"I went in for the $60 highlights and a light trim. I even showed her a picture of me and what I wanted it to look like. I ended up with dark brown hair and she cut nearly 3 inches off!!! I was polite and said I liked it, but honestly it is horrible!!! And now I'm stuck with short dark hair for the foreseeable future, took me over a year to grow out what she took off in a minute. I'm really bummed. I keep an open mind, but I would NOT RECOMMEND this place! PS all that cost me well over $200 to get absolutely nothing like what I wanted. I'm beyond disappointed!"
