The massage I had was a sports massage, Josh was awesome and helped not only alleviate the lactic acid and soreness from my back but showed various exercises to strengthen certain neck, back, hip muscles."

One thing I really appreciated about the facility itself is that it doesn't have a bunch of new age feel and statues of stone gods that I have no belief in. I don't need to hear about the balancing of my "energy" or any of that. When I go get a massage, I just want to relax and feel better afterward. This establishment delivers on that, for sure!"
"Truly a place of retreat. This was my first time here and it is beautiful inside. My favorite was the quiet room which over looks the Animas river and my favorite willow tree. They give you a drink and the rooms themselves are so pretty, mine had a fireplace inside of it! Massage and staff were also great, I had Sheryl. Thanks Woodhouse!"
