Everything moved fast but smoothly, I also love their hours and how flexible it is for people like me who typically work during many office hours..... "I went to this dentist on Friday to get a tooth pulled because I was in a lot of pain. After about an hour and a half and multiple injections of local anesthetic into my mouth to try and numb the tooth to be able to extract it, she wasn't able to! So she gave me some antibiotics and told me to come back on the following week to get the tooth pulled. During the next night/several days my face literally exploded in swelling to the point that I couldn't see out of my eye! I ended up in Urgent Care on another antibiotic as well as a steroid. Then with ZERO notice she just decided to take vacation! Every day now for 6 days I have been told "oh she'll be in office tomorrow" Then I call and oh surprise! She's not there and the WHOLE OFFICE IS CLOSED!! This lady has literally ruined my life all because I tried to get a tooth pulled! I have been in so much pain, my face has exploded too unimaginable sizes, and then she just disappears and will not get in contact with me no matter how hard I try! Plus the answering the service has these two girls that keep answering and both are morons! They just immediately say like go to the ER or take a bunch of ibuprofen! Even though the doctor at the Urgent Care told you not to do that! They're clearly not any kind of medical professional and should not be giving medical advice of any kind! So now I'm supposed to go to the Englewood location this evening and see if we can figure out why almost a week later I'm still in massive amounts of pain, my face is still swollen slightly, (thank God for the Urgent Care and their help otherwise my face would still be the size of a watermelon) It's spring break this week and I haven't been able to spend any time with my two kids because of this woman doing what she did to me! The top of my mouth is madly infected! I told Dr Moreno at the Littleton office I was terrified of dentists and this experience just solidified that fear 100%!! She demolished my mouth and my face and then just to take a random vacation and not give two craps about her patients, the office, or the other employees is disgusting and unprofessional! I mean does no one that work there need a paycheck? The daily lieing saying she will be in tomorrow is crazy! The urgent care literally told me the infection could make me blind or spread to my brain for God's sakes! And as a mom who doesn't get a lot of time with her children because they are in school and activities this is pretty devastating and the fact that nobody at this place seems to care at all is what really really is disgusting..edit to add that pictures don't show the worst of the swelling as once I could no longer open my eye I quit taking pics because I was basically bed bound and so upset I cried every time I tried to take a picture!"
