"Hotel is nice but probably worst hideabed matresses ive ever experienced! Matresses on bed werent great either. Dont know if it was that or pillows but we stayed 3 nights and couldnt get a good nights sleep. Shower was hot the first day. Had 1 hot shower and probably 10 cold showers between us! Hotel was busy but seriously for quality and price that shouldnt happen.Fantastic location. Within 2 blocks walking distance to convention center and 16th street mall. However there are probably a dozen or more hotels in same vicinity. Didn't say anything to them as I know they would probably make excuses and let's be honest.....the days of compensating for these kinds of things are over! Will try a different Hotel next time."
"One of the nicest hotels I've stayed at in awhile and for being right downtown, it's not only fairly priced but cheap for what you receive. Spacious rooms, comfy beds. I only have two points of feedback to improve this stay even moreso. The TV only had cable which I feel like Netflix access would have been nice like some of the other hotels I've been at. And although I do love a good complimentary breakfast, the scrambled eggs lacked horribly. Overall, I still must rate this stay 5 outta 5 and would most definitely stay here again!"
"Stayed for a conference at the convention center, which is only a block away. Check-in was super easy, the room was great, and the breakfast was amazing. We walked all over town, and it is close to the free mall shuttle. We had a room on an upper floor, so the view was stunning, especially at night. Enjoyed our stay very much."
