"James W. Roy, Sr. took my credit card information on 8/24/22 and stated that I have a membership established with AAA. He also said that the AAA card will be mailed to me no later than 3 weeks. Today is 9/22/22 and I still haven't received my AAA card. He obviously didn't know what he was doing. I called AAA and was told that my card was requested to be mailed to me on 9/14/22. What????? This membership agent needs more training. I'm concerned about the fact that I gave him my credit card information over the phone - not sure I trust this employee."

"Ordered some foreign currency. Only problem was my card kept getting declined but when I called my credit card company they showed no declinations on my card. So I never found out why AAA declined my card like four times but my card is good!"
