"When a June hailstorm caused significant damage to our roof, Tom Ross of Journey Roofing recommended that we get repairs done before rain and snow caused interior damage. Tom worked quickly and well with our insurance adjuster, and his crew arrived the first week of August. They did a wonderful job. The roof of our 80 year old home is not an easy one to work on. It's built into the side of a mountain. It's steep. It has lots of peaks and valleys. The material had to be carried in by hand and up to the roof on the backs of the workers. We've never seen a crew work so hard for so long as did the six guys from Journey Roofing. They were an impressive bunch. Last, but also first, Tom himself showed up before his crew to remove some decorative knobs used on the peaks of our roof; we've kept these over the years as a nod to the original look of our home. After the crew was done, Tom himself returned on a Saturday afternoon to replace those knobs. You've gotta like an owner who spends part of his weekend finishing a piece of work that the insurance claim didn't cover. We'd hire Tom Ross and his company, Journey Roofing, again in a heartbeat.
