"Quote I got for printing is not what I was charged at the store. They charged j$17.00 on top of the 65 cents a piece for 20 copies and that was with a discount! What’s crazy is I used to work there and this was not the standard procedure. This is the first negative review I have ever given. Another thing is I had emailed the files on Wednesday morning with a note asking to pick up on Thursday. When I arrived at 4:30 Thursday, they weren’t printed and then the fella printed a lot of them out landscape instead of portrait . With an excuse that the program decides how they print. If I wasn’t pressed for time, I would have not even used your services. I certainly won’t again."

"THE WORST! No free shipping here. Company sending package stated it was free, even after I called stating UPS wants $5. UPS states they do not charge, BUT THIS CONIFER SITE CHOOSES TO CHARGE ABOVE WHAT WAS AGREED UPON AT TIME OF PURCHASE. Company insists there was no charge and UPS was in the wrong and I shouldn't have paid them. I should have had the package redirected to my house through them. NEVER have anything delivered here. Rude, uncaring, and refuse to provide a clear policy to the companies using them. I am now taking this much further, insisting that this large national retailer stop using UPS who is deceiving them and the buyer."

"First time customer, i Just mailed in 2 letters today (Saturday) I was surprised at how pleasant and friendly the staff was. It was also very reasonably priced. So much better experience than going to the post office. Amy and Sam did a great job and were a pleasure to meet, they seemed to enjoy their job and I enjoyed going there.
