Coming into carefree I was a little hesitant as it looked like an old warehouse. But boy was I wrong! Thomas was so knowledgeable, He checked up on us multiple times after installation to make sure we are happy with our purchase. By far the best customer service and best price in town!!"
"We purchase a home with a 12 yo Jacuzzi tub. Thankfully we were put in touch with Carefree and Thomas. His first time visiting with us he spent time to go over how to read and take care of the hot tub. Months later, we had a motor go bad and he replaced that in a timely manner. Then of course a few weeks later the other motor died and now that's fixed. Thomas is great to work with and I really recommend Carefree!"
