"The staff is none responsive. I've asked to speak to the office manager for my refund and haven't heard anything for 3 weeks despite multiple messages and contact with staff. It's very unprofessional! The dentist is great, but the front staff has been so disappointing. If I put a credit on my account, then it's my discretion to get my money back when I move out of state. You can't keep money for services not rendered."

"Great place for entire family. I just had a couple crowns made(on premise) and put in, Dr Mark and Larana were amazing. The process was much less painful than when I had it done at a different dental office. Actually I started with Dr Mark 5 years ago after my terrible experience at a different office and he fixed the horrible job they did. My kiddos LOVE going here, to the point my 8yr old wanted to come with me for my 3 hour appointment."
