"My experience with Fountain Modern Dentistry was horrible! CBCT x-rays were taken when I didn't need them nor was I informed at all about it. My insurance company was charged for treatment I didn't receive. I called my insurance company to find out why I couldn't get a cleaning? It was explained to me that I could get a cleaning. They just chose to charge for the most expensive services I guess. I'm never going back there!"
