"End game: Dr. Burtwhistle lost 2 new patients. First, I am not rating the Dentist or back office staff as we barely got that far based on a cluster with setting accurate appointments. But the "Office Manager" is first point of contact and continual point of contact and vitally important to how the office runs. 2 scheduling issues: At the time I set my first appointment with Sarah, I also set my appointment for work to be done, large tooth cracked so fairly urgent to get work done. I had both a verbal appointment date/time to have that done only to be told it wasn't available because the person 'in that time frame' kept their appointment. I had an appointment, not a holding place! I was understanding so we scheduled another appointment in which I got a text confirming the time and planned accordingly. Next day I got a call from Office Manager saying that time slot wasn't available, they had another patient in that slot. ?? Now, I have never had either a verbal apt. or scheduling App retract the appointment or set a 'maybe' appointment. Sarah tried to reschedule once again which was incompatible with my schedule. She tried to explain that the App sends out the appointment even though it's not confirmed. Not confirmed?? Why would you confirm an appointment with someone either verbally or a text App when it wasn't solid. I believe that they tried to keep me on the hook until they could 'really' get me in. It happened twice, and I sure hope this is not their tactic. If you decide to choose this Practice as your dentist, I would make sure you are 'actually' scheduled. I found a wonderful dental practice, my crown was done next day, very competent and communicative both front and back office. End result: Dr. Burtwhistle lost 2 patients before he even had the chance to treat us."

I was in yesterday for my twice a year cleaning and Belinda was phenomenal and a true asset to this practice. Looking forward to my next appointment in June!
