"I broke a tooth, got there just at closing time on Friday. They got me 10am appointment for Monday and provided me with an adhesive that enables me to temporarily repair the tooth. On Monday, they examined me, determined that a full crown would work, gave me some pricing options, built the crown, repaired the tooth and had me out in the early afternoon. They're great! Dropped my previous dentist that isn't open on Fridays."

"I recently had an exceptional experience during my dental visit. The front desk staff greeted me warmly upon arrival. Tricia, my dental hygienist, promptly took me in for my appointment. Tricia stands out from the rest; her examination was incredibly thorough and detailed. Not only was she knowledgeable, but she also had a great sense of humor and was genuinely kind. Throughout the cleaning process, she consistently checked on me and even noticed a suspicious spot on my face, which she promptly addressed. Such attentiveness is rare in dental offices. Later, I met with Dr. Aschendorf, who was equally fantastic. I highly recommend this office for anyone seeking exceptional dental care. You won't be disappointed!"

"I travel quite the distance to get dental care from Monument Dentists & Orthodontics. Their patience, attention to detail, personalization of services, understanding of expenses, and customer service is unmatched. I went in for a regular cleaning today and found I needed to get some fillings done too. Because of my distance from the office they worked to make it possible to get me taken care of right away. Dr. D and Kaddie did an excellent job all while treating me with kindness and respect. I cannot recommend this office enough!"

I have been to a few different other places in town before I found Monument and the other places were all about how many procedures they could get done on me and take my money but Monument is all about keeping me healthy and has not once tried to get me to do something I did not need to do. "This office is predatory, unethical, and attempting to scam people. There are several other reviews from people that had a very similar experience which shows an obvious pattern of fraud. I went in for a routine exam, x rays, and cleaning. The hygienist spent a few minutes looking at my teeth and x rays and tells me I have gingivitis, gum disease, and bone loss. I tell her this is very surprising to me because I had an exam and cleaning at this office six months ago and was told everything was fine, I take pretty good care of my teeth, and I don’t have any pain. I got a lecture about how it was because I had been pregnant and just had a baby 6 weeks prior. I was then left in the exam room for almost 30 minutes while she “updated the dentist”, she did not come back and clean my teeth at any point. When the dentist finally came in I was told I need to schedule TWO deep cleaning appointments and then come back every 3 months after that for a year until everything is healthy again. They emailed me an estimate for these deep cleanings, it came out to $3,100 total costing me $900 out of pocket after insurance. The whole experience and conversation made me skeptical and I went and got a second opinion at a different practice a few days later. There is absolutely NOTHING wrong, I do not have gingivitis, gum disease, or bone loss. This office knew I recently had a baby and were willing to use that as an excuse to give me unnecessary anesthetic injections to do completely unnecessary procedures they knew wouldn’t be covered and have to be paid out of pocket, absolutely disgusting and unethical."
