"Absolutely do not go here. They scammed us on our billing and took almost a year to even get these people to pickup a phone. Cancelled an appointment I had set 6 months ago, because of a kid of ours billing with insurance. Which is covered.. These idiots can't figure out dental coding let alone first/last name. The ladies here legit have no clue how to do their job, and it cost us 900 dollars in their screw ups. We are so done and just paid it because it's just not worth the headaches and time this office has caused us. Then they said "ohh and you owe us 200 for your appointment" What kind of a scam are they running? Why can't they figure out insurance and actually TRY? DO NOT GO HERE!"

"Dr. Kang is the best dentist that has performed a procedure on me in the state of Colorado. The 3 other dentists pale in comparison. She left that kind of impression on me. Very thorough in explaining my options. She was quick, but not hurried. The assistant was on the same level as well. All in all, the most positive experience I have had at a dental office, past to present."

"Do you enjoy being let down and lied to? What about wasting your time? Then this is the place for you! I had an appointment scheduled from April for October of this year (2023). The woman who "took my appointment" never put me in the system and now this place is under new management so they couldn't say anything on previous staff's mistakes. Rescheduled, informed them of my new insurance, and only THEN when I had already taken time out of my day to get there at my rescheduled appointment, did they tell me they need at least 48 hours notice if someone has new insurance. BE AWARE!!! Don't waste your time like I did! Nobody bothered to double check with me about insurance or the like when I rescheduled so how was I to know? I did give someone my insurance card, which they scanned along with my ID, and I rescheduled *again* so my insurance could go through (it was that, or pay out of pocket, or bill insurance yourself??) I arrive at my second rescheduled appointment, was brought back, had x-rays done and a very minor cleaning. I waited in the chair without anyone saying or doing anything for roughly 20 (maybe more) minutes. I was then told that they didn't have my new insurance and they couldn't continue the appointment. DESPITE them taking a copy of it when I was just in a week before. I had enough and decided to find a new dentist office and signed the release form. I was told it would take a few days to process and they would email my file to me. It was 2 weeks later and I still had not received anything. I called, waited on hold for over 15 minutes to figure out why I never received my file. It was "resent" and I finally received my file to give to my new dentist. This place is extremely disorganized, poorly ran, and they sincerely don't seem to know what they are doing. They may be understaffed, but that is no excuse to continuously let down the people that trust you with their dental care. It's very sad as I was going here for over 2 years without any issues. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!"

"Update: I would give zero starts if possible. They are impossible to get a hold, struggle with insurance questions, and change appointments without telling you. We love the hygienists and dentists, but can't deal with the business any longer. We have been going here for several years, but their recent merger has left me being put on hold for way too long just to schedule an appointment. We will be switching dentists to somewhere with a more friendly feel like we used to receive here. It is also not kept clean like it used to."
