"I have been going there for years. Since my grown kids were little and I loved them. The last time we went in there seemed to be a very different atmosphere. The dental technician was flossing my little girls teeth and jamming it into her gums to the point of making her cry. I was fuming and as a mother in feel so bad that I didn't speak up loud enough because now my daughter is scared of the dentist and she never was. To make matters worse I was sure that the actual dentist would be gentler. An Asian dentist came in irritated. I believe it is because my daughter has a deep cavity. However I take my baby to the dentist. I have been fighting a lupus diagnosis so it has slipped my mind while trying to manage this but the judgement was real. I literally had to ask, "What is the problem?" If you don't want to work with a specific demographic of people than find somewhere else. Anyway, my daughter has phycological injuries from only a few minutes of spending time with these two people. I plan to write to DORA because after I told the dentist that I felt she was rough she didn't apologize or change her behavior. I told the dental tech, "Hey, can you be a little gentler?" And she responded, "I have to go all the way up to the gym. She is being sensitive.". I'm like she is clawing at he chair. She has been there multiple times and never gripped her seat that way. The office manager and her assistant were the ONLY kind people, but as soon as I said I wanted to leave he practice very little effort went into saving us as longtime patients. The staff on the vision side that day were pleasant as always. Now I have to run around and try to figure out how to get this very important procedure done. They have other clinics they could have referred me to. Edit: I just emailed the email that was left. I want people to know this was not my experience before. I dislike leaving this kinda of reviews. My review on Galaxy Smiles will show the difference. Hopefully they will write back. And make things right. They traumatized my baby and made her cry just from flossing and the way they speak. She had way more invasive work done at Galaxy and left there sooo happy."

"I had a problem with my kids teeth. Jenn and Dani had a lot of solutions taking care of the problem. They make things a lot easier on booking appointment and getting the the problem taken care of. They have excellent customer service. I can tell that this is just not a job to them because they really care about the kids."
