"Where do I even begin. When we first started treatment (about 2 years ago) I got a phone call a month after treatment began saying that we owed another $1000 because they messed up with our insurance. After arguing with them back and forth they met me halfway and agreed to deduct $500. Fine...whatever. Because of Covid parents were not allowed to enter with their children (minors) in order to keep the amount of people that are in the office to a minimum. I would have to call them (they wouldn't call me) after each apt for instructions etc. Every month for 2 years I received an automated receipt after my monthly payment got taken out which lists my remaining balance etc. 3 Months ago I received my final statement that says I am paid up and am at a $0 balance. I then get a call last week saying I now owe another $340 because THEY messed up again and have been sending me incorrect statements for an entire TWO YEARS. Do not do business with this company. They are completely incompetent. Will never return with my other children and won't recommend it to others. This office is a complete unorganized nightmare. They filter out the bag reviews on Google which is why none of them show. Go on Yelp to read all the bad reviews they couldn't get removed."

"Dr. Sabott is the best Orthodontist. Both my daughter's have been under the care of Dr. Sabott and his staff and they have done a great job. My oldest is out of braces and her smile is just beautiful. The younger one is still under treatment and all is going well. Office is very accommodating with appointments and scheduling. Overall a fantastic experience. When we are ready to put my srep-son into treatment Dr Sabott will be our choice."
