Perfect Teeth - Brighton

"BEWARE! Total ripoff!! It has been four months now and even after I have been told that I was getting a $250 credit I am still getting bills from this office saying that I owe them $250!! I cannot get anyone but the office manager to take my call and she claims that "she is working on my refund". I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone! I was misled and told I needed to have a deep cleaning. They cleaned my teeth for five minutes and charged me $500! I complained to the manager, and she said she would refund $250 but she never did it. I cannot find any avenue to file a complaint and the office doesn't return my calls. I was contacted by the owner but the link to the survey wasn't valid. I received another bill in the meantime even after I was told that it was taken care of by the office manager."

"THIS PLACE IS RATED “F” on Better Business Bureau for a reason!!!! … never have I had such an awful experience and a painful one at that. Days after my filling my mouth is killing me, painfully throbbing and bleeding gums!! They had four instruments in my mouth at once and made fun of me for gagging at one point. Terrible office, clearly doesn’t know what they’re doing! UPDATE: AFTER MORE WEEKS OF PAIN AND MISSING WORK, and three other dentists… this place used an OLD NON STERILE metal device to hold my mouth open that caused MULTIPLE INFECTIONS INCLUDING THE HERPES VIRUS WHICH I. DID. NOT. HAVE. BEFORE.!!! This place is disgusting and a liability. Who knows what other horrible STDs and infections they are spreading there!"

"My second visit with Dr. Tawfik!! She replaced my old filling with new one today. She is very skilled, professional, caring and had both my upper and lower filling done in an hour. Both repairs feels great and I have no pain or discomfort afterwards. The dentist office has friendly staff, clean facility and overall a very positive experience. I am going back for my third visit soon. I highly recommend!"

"So I'm not sure if anybody really likes the dentist. But a few years back I thought I would never go to a dentist office again I had such a bad experienc I didn't want to go to the dentist but I didn't have a choice so I chose perfect teeth. They definitely made me believe that the dentist wasn't so bad after all. They gave me answers that I've been looking for since not seeing any dentist. I knew eventually I wouldn't have a Choice.
