"Two years ago, I gave this place 5 stars. I've returned several times since then and my opinion of this provider has slowly eroded. I'm downgrading to 1 star now. This place should be called the House of Pain and Pushy Sales. The Hygienist was the most aggressive and careless dental professional I've ever seen. Not only was the cleaning extremely painful, but I am still dealing with several cuts inside my mouth a week later. Aside from this, every other sentence out of the hygienist's mouth was a sales pitch. "We recommend ____. That will be another $____ on your visit today. Would you like us to _______?" There are too many dentists around to have to deal with poor care and pushy sales people. Needless to say, I'll be making a change."
"My wife and I were new patients to the practice. We just moved to Thornton. Our experience on our first visit was great! I got back early. The hygienist, Rayna (not sure the spelling), was awesome! She was quick and the most thorough I’ve had! She explained the x-rays and findings with recommendations with a lot of detail! Dr. Kathol was very pleasant and thorough as well! She also made some very sound preventive recommendations! Follow-up is scheduled. Highly recommend this practice!"
"My first visit....everyone was great. Barely finished the forms and I was escorted back to the x-rays and then the hygienist chair. She was awesome! Reviewed all the x-rays with me and then did the best cleaning! Then Doctor came and looked at the x-rays and in my mouth. She was very nice and professional. I made my appointment for 6 months and will be happy to return. Thank you to everyone."
