"We have been going to HillTop Dental for years, not anymore. All new staff who are friendly but my cleaning was a joke, who flosses first then polish without ever actually cleaning your teeth. The dentist did come in and did some cleaning but not to my expectation of a good cleaning comparable to past cleanings. Then, to top it off, she tried to charge me $26 and when I asked her what it was for. She says, " I don't know. "....what? I will be looking for a new dentist. This place is a joke now....really miss the old staff."

"I would not recommend wasting your time with this Dentist. They have canceled every appointment I have been at the office. I have had tooth pain since the initial appointment in December and now we are approaching March and I am still in pain daily and they canceled the appointment again. My time is just as valuable as theirs and I feel that they don’t care about their patients or if they are in pain."

"I am changing dentists not because of the dentists, but the overall disorganization. I left a message a week ago to reschedule. I didn't get any calls or emails back. Their voice message is not updated with the current dentist's name, still mentions the dentist that left over a year ago. Twice the front office staff was supposed to submit a proposal to insurance and it never happened. This office is a mess and was even before becoming part of a larger dental network."

"Terrible experience. I was using Hilltop Dental in Thornton for years. It all went downhill when bought by Perfect Teeth. Appointments cancelled repeatedly. I finally had an appointment today at 2 that wasn’t cancelled before hand. I showed up at Hilltop 15 minutes before my appointment to find a note on the door that all appointments today had been moved to another location and to call that location and tell them I was on my way. I called and spoke to two people at the call center who both told me that the other location closes at 2. I asked how that is possible when my confirmation text from the dentist THIS MORNING told me they’d see me at 2. My appointment was looked up and they canceled it right after that text went out and NEVER TOLD ME! This is the second time I’ve actually taken time off work to go to the dentist and had it canceled. Never again! Stay far away. Even this sign says the location is on 104th and Federal, but the address is for 104th and York. Which are MILES apart. The level of incompetence is staggering."
