"I came today and there was miscommunication on the time of my appointment. The staff called me back and worked with me on preventing it from happening later in the future. Sky was very nice to me over the phone. I was referred here by my family who have received great care! All my brothers love working with dentist and are happy with their results. I am looking forward to my appointment tomorrow. The staff here is amazing and willing to work you even if end up frustrated and end up venting which is amazing. With my case, it turned out all my reminders were going to my dad who never checks anything so I could not check if I had date right which I did get wrong but the staff called me immediately to make it right. My sister was just frustrated and venting and the staff was nice enough to hear her out. They even worked with us to prevent the miscommunication from happening again.
