"I recently had a disappointing experience with Perfect Teeth Clinic at their Westminster location, due to their lack of communication and repeated cancellations of my appointments. Despite scheduling an annual cleaning appointment, the clinic canceled my appointment without providing any prior notice. This marks the second time they've canceled appointments on me. This lack of communication is concerning and reflects poorly on Perfect Teeth Clinic's professionalism and commitment to patient care. As a patient, I expect to be informed promptly about any changes to my scheduled appointments. However, in this instance, I was only made aware of the cancellation when I reached out to confirm my appointment. The clinic's failure to provide notice for the cancellation has left me feeling frustrated and inconvenienced. It's essential for healthcare providers like Perfect Teeth Clinic, especially at their Westminster location, to prioritize clear and timely communication with their patients to ensure a positive experience and maintain trust. Overall, this experience has made me question the reliability of Perfect Teeth Clinic, particularly at their Westminster location. I will be seeking dental care elsewhere in the future. "The main reception woman is incredible. Dr. Judd is a great orthodontist, he shoots it straight and will do right by you. BUT: The dental operation is disappointing. I have yet to actually see a dentist after nearly 2 years coming here (he’s always gone when i have an appointment) and now there are no hygienists on staff and they just had to cancel my appointment for next week. They also will upsell you and then not really do the thing they said they were going to do, and generally aren’t clear with their patients. In short: lots of good at reception and orthodontics, really poor-to-terrible dental services. Go to Dr. Taylor by Target on 80th if you can, their staff rocks and he’s the best."

"I had high hopes for this clinic after I had my consultation for a cleaning. Today, I came in for said cleaning and was informed that I was scheduled for a consultation with an orthodontist?? I never once mentioned wanting braces in my previous appointment as I’ve already had them. Now, i have to wait until NEXT YEAR to get my teeth cleaned. This was supposed to be a part of my prenatal care as well so now I’m going without a vital part of it for longer than necessary. I don’t currently have a car and rely on transportation through Medicaid. Yeah, I could take the bus but I didn’t dress for the cold weather to do so. Now, I have to sit here for 2 hours while I wait for my Medicaid ride. Not only is this a colossal waste of my time, but it’s incredibly inconvenient. If I were you, I would be careful scheduling appointments here. Double check to make sure that your appointment is actually what you scheduled it to be for unless you like having your time wasted :) whoever schedules appointments here is very incompetent and I’m beginning to regret ever thinking that this place was a reputable place of business. Unfortunately since I am pregnant & want to limit X-ray exposure, I’m going to have to wait until next year to get my teeth cleaned lmao. An absolute joke."

"I’m not one to write raving reviews, but this dental clinic is so deserving. We’ve been going here since my son was 4, and he’s 13 now. This clinic respects your time, when you show up to your scheduled appointment, they take you back within minutes, no waiting half hour like some other places. They are also honest and don’t upsell services like other clinics. Dr. Judd, the orthodontist is amazing. He’s patient, caring, and makes sure to take his time to answer all our questions. He also meticulously does a lot of the skilled work himself, which impresses me. We’re seeing him for our youngest child; my older children have gone to other orthodontists, and Dr. Judd is comparatively the best. Save yourself some time and headache and come here. You’ll love the staff and Dr. Judd."
